Founded in 1996, Pronet Gaming builds next generation B2B gaming platforms.
Through their online sportsbook, casino and retail solutions, the company combines a technology-led approach with vast industry know-how to provide its clients with a rapid and reliable service, tailored to their needs. Its casino portfolio features more than 7,000 of the world’s best slots from the industry’s leading suppliers, whilst its sportsbook solution promises thousands of betting markets on more than 35,000 live events across 65 sports.
Pronet recently expanded its commercial operations to sharpen its focus on markets in Europe. It has bases in London, Johannesburg, and Singapore, has created development centres in Ukraine, Bulgaria and Malta and the company aims to expand into over 70 countries globally.
Previously based just in the UK, Pronet Gaming wanted to build a technology team in Europe. The company was embarking upon a European recruitment drive, creating technology teams in Slovenia and Bulgaria. Given European Gaming and Betting Association (EGBA) laws, they were not permitted to recruit UK workers.

Pronet had been using local recruitment agencies in the UK, Slovenia and Bulgaria, who had exhausted their own network of technology professionals and were not sufficiently meeting their needs.

To ensure success, we refreshed the working relationship, provided much-needed flexibility in the process and enhanced the terms of service. This, plus our expertise in tech sector recruitment, led to us being appointed to meet the company’s European recruitment needs.
Corecom Consulting sourced candidates for the Slovenian technology team, utilising our extensive network of technology professionals across Europe.
Launching candidate attraction strategies via LinkedIn, job boards and proactive European recruitment campaigns, we successfully built Phase 1 of the Slovenian technology team over a period of 12 weeks, sourcing and placing nine candidates. Phase 2 of the European recruitment campaign in Slovenia is underway.
Owing to our impressive tech sector recruitment service levels, Pronet Gaming has subsequently appointed Corecom Consulting to build another new tech team in Bulgaria as part of their second phase of growth, where we will source and place European candidates from across Europe, once again in accordance with EGBA laws.
