Getting to know you
At Corecom we spend a lot of time getting to know you, your personal goals and circumstances and your career aspirations. We aim to work with a smaller circle of candidates at any given time, allowing us to work with you on a one-to-one basis, working as dedicated careers coaches to introduce you to opportunities and companies who match your goals and develop your tech career. Whether you’re actively looking for a new role or passively keeping an eye on the market, we’ll respect your communication preferences and aim to build a long-lasting relationship.
Throughout the application process we’ll be there to coach you through, providing you with the expert knowledge we have on our clients and the market, and to answer any questions you might have about the process. We’ll start by meeting you online, allowing you to learn about us and the opportunity and for us to learn about you and your aspirations.
We’ll provide in-depth briefs for the opportunities we introduce you to and coach you through all stages of the interview process to ensure you perform to the best of your potential on the day, going much further than the typical recruitment agency “hit and hope” approach. Throughout the application process we’ll be on hand to meet you as often as needed, providing honest and clear feedback to give you the best chance of securing your dream role.
Once you have accepted a role, we’ll keep checking in to make sure everything’s going smoothly with contracts and onboarding, and should you need any help we’ll jump in and help with the client where needed. We’ll come to see you and your manager after you’ve started, providing neutral platform for you both to provide any feedback that will make your induction into your new role even better. We’ll even take you out for lunch with your new team and manager to help you settle in with your new colleagues.

What I wanted from this partnership was to be able to take a step back and free me up to focus on my other responsibilities in addition to recruitment.
