How we did it
We have worked successfully with Tunstall for over eight years but for one particular recruitment drive, Tunstall retained Corecom to lead the recruitment campaign for over twenty hard to fill technology roles in South Yorkshire they had found particularly challenging to fill. Due to location and the specialist nature of the work, Tunstall had historically struggled with talent attraction in technology as well as conversion rates of prospective candidates from offer to placement.
Corecom devised and executed a bespoke employer brand solution for Tunstall Healthcare including a dedicated Employer Hub hosting Tunstall’s roles and a range of exciting digital content for prospective candidates and a suite of professionally filmed and edited Meet the Team, Company Intro and Meet the Manager candidate attraction videos.
We assigned an exclusive delivery team to the Tunstall Account with the goal of filling over twenty permanent vacancies in less than four months being successfully completed. Corecom’s Directors delivered multiple interview effectiveness workshops with Tunstall hiring managers which led to an instant increase in offer to-placement ratio of under 50% to over 90%. The delivery team succeeded in delivering the 20+ roles across Software Development, Business Analysis & Product, Data, Architecture and Testing within the four months, roles which had been open for over half a year. CV-to-interview ratio improved to 3:2 whilst interview-to-offer ratios increased to 2:1, a significant improvement on Tunstall’s prior experience.
