Situation

In 2023 our client identified a skills gap during an extremely busy time when demand for the company’s services was rapidly increasing. The company was in immediate need of an Embedded Software Engineer.  

Challenge

The client was struggling to recruit for this niche skill – this skillset is in high demand and faces a skills gap. They had been unsuccessful with the recruitment partner they had initially used to fill the position, who had delivered just one candidate who had withdrawn. 

Results
