Project & Programme Managers to address handling project failure at PMBoss
Andrew Pitkeathly, Head of Public Sector and Utilities at Technology Consultancy, Nimble Approach, will be kicking off the first PMBoss of 2023. The event, which is hosted by Jack Watson – UK Contracts Team Manager, at Corecom Consulting, will be held in Leeds City Centre on Thursday 2 March 2023 from 6.00-8.30pm.

His expertise lies in Programme and Project Management and he is skilled in Business Change, Project Portfolio Management, Risk Management, Account Management and pre-sales.
Andrew has been at Nimble Approach Since February 2021. Prior to this he was Programme Manager at Sopra Steria for over six years. He will be addressing the topic: ‘When Projects Fail’, covering the following:
- What to do when projects fail
- How to motive teams when projects fail
- How to prevent failures and reflect on them
