Register Now – Formulate your 2023 BA plan at BABoss
Corecom Consulting is delighted to announce that we will be kicking off the New Year with a ‘proactive’ themed BABoss on Thursday 19 January 2023 from 5.30 – 8.00pm in Leeds City Centre.
The session, which is hosted by Gemma Febrero – Contract Business Analyst Consultant at Corecom Consulting, will welcome guest speakers, Christina Lovelock and Kristy Dean, who will be reflecting on the past 12 months and how to use these learnings to get 2023 off to the best possible start.
Christina is a digital leader, qualified coach and the co-author of the BCS book Delivering Business Analysis: The BA Service Handbook She holds the BCS Diploma in Business Analysis and is a director of the national BA Manager Forum. Kristy has worked in business analysis in both business to business and consumer-facing environments with cross-functional and global teams for a digital start-up company, as well as big brands such as Kodak and BT.
Utilising visual techniques, Christina and Kristy plan to use the time with attendees, to collectively understand how to:
- make professional and BA service improvements
- formulate a plan for the year that is proactive, rather than reactive
- ignite enthusiasm instead of fighting fires
When asked about what she is looking forward to delivering at BABoss, Christina said:
“January is a great time to take stock and plan the new year. I am looking forward to BABoss, where we will be looking back on 2022 using a structured approach, and thinking about how to make 2023 a great year for business analysis.”
Christina will be opening the session, where she will be addressing: Service Mindset and Continual Service Improvement. Kristy will follow with: Personal Reflection – The Power and Purpose of Reflection. She said:
“In our busy day to day lives, we tend to focus on achieving that next milestone. While forward momentum is important, it’s also beneficial to pause, reflect and celebrate to support our well-being and recognise our areas of growth! I’m looking forward to celebrating with you all at BABoss!”
Christina will close the event with: BA Service Planning. Each session will be accompanied by an interactive practical exercise.
