About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and technically-minded individual to support and develop our ERP system. This role bridges 2nd/3rd line support and system development, combining day-to-day support, rollout implementation, dashboard creation, and ongoing enhancement. Over time, you will grow into a subject matter expert (SME) for our ERP, becoming the go-to person for system knowledge and improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead rollout of the Finance module initially, then support broader system rollout across the business.

  • Create and maintain dashboards for the Project Team and wider stakeholders.

  • Support go-live activity, providing knowledge and assistance to users and project teams.

  • Act as an escalation point for ERP-specific support tickets, providing 2nd/3rd line support and troubleshooting.

  • Develop expertise in the ERP system and transfer knowledge to colleagues.

  • Implement system functionality and customisation using low-code/no-code tools, and where applicable, simple coding or queries.

  • Design and redesign screens, forms, menus, and reports; develop data extraction queries and new interfaces.

  • Liaise with the internal development team for more complex customisation tasks.

  • Support integration of new features and rollout of innovations, ensuring correct deployment and system security.

  • Collaborate with infrastructure and IT operations teams to ensure systems are maintained, secure, and performing.

About You

  • Ideally a recent graduate or junior-level candidate with experience or interest in technical support, system support, or ERP support.

  • A computing or technology degree or similar qualification is beneficial.

  • Strong ability and willingness to learn new technology from scratch.

  • Familiarity or curiosity with ERP systems or database/reporting tools is a strong plus (experience with other ERPs such as Microsoft NAV or similar is advantageous).

  • Comfortable working with low-code / no-code environments, and learning to work with system queries, dashboards, and customisation tools.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude; able to rise to complexity and challenge.

  • Flexible mindset: open to self-learning via documentation, forums, community groups, or online resources.

  • Excellent communication skills: able to transfer knowledge and explain technical concepts clearly.

  • Willing to work from the office a few days per week (initially 2 days, up to 3 around go-live); must live within commuting distance.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, collaborative, and enthusiastic about system improvement and innovation.

What You'll Get

  • Competitive pension contributions.

  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

  • Life insurance at 4 × salary.

  • Access to employee benefits and retailer discounts.
