Corecom Consulting reveals ambitious growth plans for 2022
Award winning Leeds-based IT recruitment firm, Corecom Consulting, has announced plans to almost double its team and grow turnover by 25% in the coming year.
Targets encompass an ambitious expansion strategy for Corecom’s newly established BV business including:
- Increasing headcount by 50%
- Tripling the company’s billable client base
- Growing contracts to 30+ across the Netherlands
- WPG growth of 300%
The plan follows a successful 2021 which saw the company outperform its predicted turnover by some £3.5 million (expected £1.8m, achieved £5.3m), continue to grow its team and expand successfully into The Netherlands. Since launching on the continent in March 2021, Corecom BV has recruited a team of four and netted over 136,000 Euro of business.
Targets for 2022 include achieving a turnover of £10 million and growing the team from 30 to 50, creating further professional roles for the region. Speaking of the company’s continued success and growth plans for Leeds and Europe, Managing Director, Jonathan Sanderson, said:

My hope for the future is to experience women in technology as the norm. The early stages of my career in tech were shaped by women and I feel very privileged to count some of the best women in technology in my network of close contacts and friends. However, I know this isn’t the case for many women in the sector, who find themselves outnumbered by the opposite sex. Anything I can do to challenge the current norm and break the stigma for Women in Technology, I will do.
