One particular game-changer for me as Talent Acquisition at Corecom Consulting has been the use of an AI-powered interview note-taking tool. Acting like a digital assistant, it captures every important detail during interviews so candidates and I can stay focused and fully engaged in the conversation (… without having to frantically scribble notes during this process). I’ve found that this has improved process efficiency significantly, while ensuring no critical detail is missed.

A recent study from LinkedIn shows that only 11% of talent acquisition teams in the UK are heavily involved in using AI technologies. That said, while we also see AI as a valuable enhancement to our business, we’re firm believers that technology should never replace human connection.
