Topics announced: Recruiting technical testers & measuring team performance

TestBoss, an award-winning networking event for Test Managers, will take place on Tuesday 22 May 2018 from 6.30 – 8.30pm in central Leeds. Amongst the confirmed delegates include Test Managers through to Heads of Test from the likes of Sky Betting & Gaming, YBS Group, Jet2.com, Piksel and Asda.

As is the case for every event, delegates have been busy submitting the topics they’d like to collectively discuss. Corecom Consulting can confirm the chosen topics which will be addressed. These are:

  1. Employee Recruitment– How do you attract good Technical Testers to your business with a limited budget?
  2. Team Management – As a Test Manager, how do you effectively measure your test teams’ performance both collectively and individually?
  3. Agile Delivery – How can we best fit in Performance/Load testing into ever shrinking Agile delivery cycles?
  4. Test Automation – How do you drive Automation forward when it is new to the business?
