The event, titled: ‘Antifragility: Thriving on Disruption’ will be hosted by Sam Hameed, Associate Director at Corecom Consulting and led by guest speaker Stuart Mitchell, Lead Enterprise Architect at Electricity North West.

Stuart is an Enterprise Architect with experience of Digital Transformation, Project Management, Strategic Digitalisation and Business Analysis. He has worked in various industries such as Water Utilities, Telecoms, Engineering and Automotive.

Stuart has been responsible for spearheading and illuminating IT change transformation projects in a variety of businesses including Plusnet, Yorkshire Water, United Utilities and The Environment Agency.

ArchiBoss attendees will be discussing the following:

  • How to build a business, from an architectural point of view, that responds to VUCA: Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity
  • How businesses can shape themselves to respond to uncertainty and accelerated change
