DEV networking event
The most common concern for modern day Software Developers is de-skilling or falling behind on technologies. Because the fluidity of the market and the sheer pace of the development of existing technology stacks and frameworks, it is clear why these factors are central to the anxieties of most development professionals. At Corecom we have always had a firm understanding of the advancements and revelations made within the market.
This is achieved through working closely with employers to understand market demands and trends, being heavily involved in sponsoring and hosting networking events and having specialist consultants focus their time and efforts on a specific market. By amalgamating these we are able to provide valuable information to the professionals we work with, helping contribute towards a more contemporary, sophisticated and balanced market.
Our approach and mentality as a specialist consultancy, has always, and will always revolve around being conscientious in what we do. We drill down to the specifics, ensuring that when we commit to a service, we deliver effective results that clearly illustrate why we are in business. This applies across the board, encompassing the employers we work with and candidates; ensuring that the tailored service they want is delivered.
A bit about me:
I joined the RAF in 2012 and served for four and a half years. After leaving the RAF I decided recruitment was for me, so I moved into IT recruitment, uprooted from Oxford and took the plunge.
I was attracted to work for Corecom Consulting due to their fantastic reputation. It was this reputation that first caught my eye. On top of this, the way the staff are treated here is fantastic.
Amongst my hobbies and interests is football. I’m a huge fan of all things football, especially Grimsby Town who I’m a lifelong supporter of.
My professional goals are that I’d love to be able to grow the successful team here and expand the business even further, working with employers and those seeking a new role.
