Jonathan helps women in Yorkshire build employability skills

Jonathan Sanderson, Managing Director at Corecom Consulting, is supporting an initiative for women in Yorkshire; Coffee, Cake and Careers. The aim of the project is to support women in Yorkshire to build their employability skills in order to get back on the career ladder and achieve their goals and aspirations. The project is funded by the European Social Fund and delivered by charity, Moonlight Trust.

Jonathan Sanderson, Managing Director at Corecom Consulting, said:

“I was delighted to be asked to contribute to the project. I offered the group careers advice, tips for staying motivated, how to set goals and ambitions, how to prepare a career plan and my success stories, including my life journey.”

Noushin Raja, Programme Director at Moonlight Trust, said:

“Jonathan’s contribution has been extremely valuable in changing the mindset and knowledge of the women participating in the project. His employment tips and advice were very well received. It’s a real honour to receive guidance and instruction from an award-winning mentor and leader.”

This is yet another string to Jonathan’s bow, following a series of award nominations for increasing the number of women in technology roles, sharing his knowledge and expertise, supporting charities, university students and the local community and to increasing the health and wellbeing of his employees.
