Join Test Managers from Ten10, BJSS and Jet2.com at TestBoss

Amongst the confirmed tech leaders attending TestBoss are Ten10, BJSS and Jet.com. TestBoss is an award-winning event for Software Test Managers, which takes place on Tuesday 2 April, from 6.00 – 8.30pm in central Leeds.

Test Managers have submitted the topics they’d like to discuss at the event. The ‘chosen four’ are as follows:

  1. What low-effort strategies for Test Managers can be used to minimise the knowledge that is ‘lost’ when a contractor leaves a company?
  1. What are the key pieces of information to provide on day one, when onboarding new starters to your Software Testing team?
  1. As Test Managers, how can we best create a cohesive testing team which is a mix of permanent and contract resources?
  2. As a Test Manager in an agile environment, how can you manage how changes are handed over to developers and testers? And how have teams avoided mini-waterfall?
