Corecom consulting have been engaged to source a training consultant to join an award-winning UK Leading Defence Digital Solutions Provider based in Bristol. Our client is looking to grow their Training consultant team due to an impressive pipeline of work with an illustrious list of clients based throughout the UK.

You will be working with the Head of Training Projects, to deliver training projects for our defence-based clients. These projects could include any or all of the Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) stages and you will be part of a wider team of training specialists. Knowledge of and competence in all the deliverables within DSAT is critical to ensuring success. Experience within a military setting is highly desirable.

Day to Day working:

  • Working with the Training Division management team in support of current projects.
  • Developing Training Needs Analysis outputs in accordance with the DSAT quality standard.
  • Supporting the design of training programmes and materials.
  • Supporting the development of innovative technology-enabled solutions.
  • Authoring and supporting high quality reports which comply with industry standards and Company quality assurance procedures (e.g. DSAT reports).
  • Collaborating effectively with industry, stakeholders, subject matter experts and colleagues in support of projects.
  • Supporting the development of Training Division processes and procedures.

  • Experience in the production and/or assurance of TNA reports and products.
  • Experience in developing training materials with a detailed knowledge of JSP 822.
  • Significant experience in designing training using a DSAT-compliant methodology.
