Are you an experienced Technical Support Analyst with the ability to support a team of front-end developers?

Corecom Consulting are currently looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join a leading travel company and support the development team. You'll be joining a collaborative and friendly team. Our client is looking for ambitious candidates who aspire to progress their career and can work in offices around the world.

What will we need from you?

  • Good understanding of MySQL and SQL
  • Experience using Jira

Our client is looking for someone with the ability to support the dev team using a Jira ticketing system. The ideal candidate will work proactively to help the developers and have a good technical knowledge. You will possess a good understanding of different databases so you can respond to database queries.
