I am currently looking for a System Support Analyst to join a company, who was recently been nominated in the Top 100 Best Small Companies.

Location: Cheshire (Free Parking Available on site)

Salary: £18,000 – £20,000 + excellent package & benefits

Start Date: ASAP (Willing to wait for the right candidate)

The Company has been established for over 10 years and is expanding rapidly with over 190 franchise networks across the UK. Their aim is to make a real difference in the world, to the lives of the people and families seeking support.

Role:

You’ll be based in the heart of the business, reporting directly into the Head of IT. You will be working closely with a team of analyst’s, to support business applications across all partnerships.

Day to Day:

  • Supporting a range of software, specific to the industry (core management system)
  • Supporting other complementary systems such as call monitoring, data capture and recruitment
  • Email System Administration on Office 365
  • Manage IMAP Platform and Hosted exchange

Essential:

  • Must have at least 2+ years experience providing System Support (We are not looking for a super techie)
  • Must be able to handle and resolve challenging issues of the system, mostly raised by the franchise owners
  • You will be patient, have excellent attention to detail, be polite and courteous, have good timekeeping as well as an excellent telephone manner
  • Be able to take ownership of a problem and see it through to conclusion
  • Empathy for customers and able to talk the level of their knowledge
  • Work with 3rd party suppliers and liaise with developers for successful resolution of escalated issues
  • Build strong relationships with the franchises

Desirable:

  • Proven experience supporting systems such as:
    • Talent Track (recruitment system)
    • Mobizio (Visit Management system)
    • Insight (BI tool)
    • PeoplePlanner (core care management system)
  • Technical Knowledge of Windows Server 2016
