Senior Backend Developer

About the Role
As an Expert Software Development Engineer, you will work on the development of backend services to enhance our platform, which allows healthcare professionals easy access to analytical data. The role involves working on Python-based backend software, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and databases like SQL. You will collaborate with an Agile team, write reusable code, review peers' code, and debug product issues to deliver a seamless experience to our users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality backend components and infrastructure code.
- Lead a small team in designing secure APIs.
- Collaborate within an Agile team to meet product delivery goals.
- Write reusable, testable code and assist in peer code reviews.
- Maintain and debug existing products.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in software development roles.
- Expertise in Python and knowledge of SQL, Trino/Presto, and cloud infrastructure (AWS).
- Strong experience in software architecture and team leadership.
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
