Project Manager (NHS/Healthcare) - Hybrid, York - Up to £55k

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in NHS or healthcare projects? We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and skilled professional to join our team. This hybrid role, based in York, offers up to £55k, with the chance to lead impactful projects within a growing and innovative environment.

The Role: You will manage a portfolio of NHS-related projects, overseeing the full project lifecycle from scoping to delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Planning & Delivery: Create and manage project schedules, coordinate resources, and deliver projects within agreed timelines.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams, acting as the primary contact for all project-related communications.
  • Financial Management: Track project budgets and provide regular updates on financial progress and revenue recognition.
  • Change Control & Quality Assurance: Manage project changes, ensuring quality control and compliance with processes.
  • Issue Resolution: Lead on escalations and resolve issues effectively to keep projects on track.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing NHS or healthcare projects is highly desirable.
  • Industry-recognized certification in project management (Prince2 or equivalent).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple small engagements and deliver projects on time and within budget.
