Major Incident and Problem Manager / Leeds / 6-month contact Inside IR35 / £325 a day

Are you a Major Incident and Problem Manager who enjoys working closely with all IT functions to ensure alignment to global processes?

Corecom Consulting have been engaged to source a Major Incident and Problem Manager on a contract basis for a Global FinTech organisation based in Leeds. The organisation needs someone within the IT Service Management team leads the maturation and governance of key IT support processes and provides performance insights to drive continuous service improvements.

What will we need from you?

  • Demonstrable experience in engaging internal Service Delivery teams across Incident, Problem, Change, Service Desk, plus technical support staff.
  • Confident in chairing IT Major Incident Reviews.
  • Stakeholder management skills with the ability to maintain collaborative working relationships, challenge assumptions and influence key business contacts effectively.

You will be working with global process owners, regional process managers and third parties that provide ServiceDesk, Major Incident services and Problem Management services. Providing long-term strategy suggestions and the implementation of new requirements in the supporting Service Management technologies within Incident and Problem management.
