Corecom Consulting are working with one of our biggest Leeds-based clients looking to build a revolutionary Service Desk. As a result, we’re looking for IT Technicians with a passion for Technology and a desire to progress within a team. As an IT Technician, you’ll be working with the latest technologies, including Cloud-Based Services and Process Automation. This company recognises the importance of supporting and developing their employees and have an ongoing commitment to career progression, training and education.

What we need from you?

 

  • ITIL Foundation (v3)
  • Proven track record of providing technical support in an enterprise environment
  • Technology literate with a strong understanding of modern technologies including Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365 and mobile device management solutions
  • Strong communication and co-operative team working skills. Ability to communicate technical information in a clear, concise and understandable manner
  • Customer service focused, and goal orientated with keen attention to detail

Our client has seen progressive growth recently and is looking to revolutionise their IT service desk. This is where you come in. As a IT Technician, you will be working as part of team that will act as a key member of the Support Team. In doing so you will be responsible for owning and resolving incidents and service requests in a timely and professional manner. This company is redesigning the classic service desk structure, to bring all supporting lines into one. Most first line work will be automated, and you can expect to perform 2nd and 3rd line work as part of a team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves being a service desk analyst and wants to work in a close-knit team within a constantly expanding organisation.

 

The successful service desk analyst can expect to earn an annual rate of up to £25,000 DOE.
