Corecom Consulting have been engaged to source an IT Support Analyst for a market leading Client to work within their Service Desk providing remote and on-site support for their sites. As an IT Support Analyst, you’ll enjoy working within the IT Team, including Developers, Designers and Architects in a focused and dynamic environment, with key exposure to a variety of technical elements. You’ll be responsible for the identification and resolution of issues that arise within the Software and Hardware elements, both remotely and on-site across their UK locations.

What we need from you

  • Experience within a 1st line support role including exposure to the following:
    • Active Directory
    • Office365
    • MSExchange
    • Windows Operating Systems
    • Experience with CRM Systems or SharePoint are desirable
  • A desire to progress and learn new technologies and techniques
  • Great communication skills (remote and face-to-face)
  • A UK Driving License and Transport Method

As an IT Support Analyst, you’ll be working within the IT team, utilising your technical skills in an efficient and process-driven way. You’ll be working with the Company IT Director, learning and gaining exposure to new skills and tools to build into your toolkit, and becoming the go-to-analyst regarding both software and hardware.
