How Do We Fix the Tech Leadership Pipeline?
We are BACK with our first event of 2025! And as usual it’s an all-star line-up of incredible speakers.
Join Corecom Consulting and Corecom Tech Academy for our upcoming Corecom Leaders Lab: How Do We Fix the Tech Leadership Pipeline?
Our mission remains the same – to be part of the solution to building a more equitable tech leadership pipeline and a more inclusive tech industry overall.
This is your opportunity to hear from influential leaders Jennifer Anderson (CIO, National Wealth Fund), Chantal Hannell, (IT Director, Weightmans LLP), and Antoinette Willcocks (ED&I Consultant, RiverRoad), as they share their experiences and perspectives on fostering diverse leadership in tech.
Along with our host Dom Brown, ED&I Ambassador and Head of Delivery at Corecom Consulting, the panel will be discussing the current ED&I landscape and challenges, and what we can all do to be a part of the solution.
At this event in Leeds, you’ll gain:
✨ Actionable insights on addressing the challenges within the tech leadership pipeline.
🚀 Inspiration from individuals who have navigated diverse career paths to leadership.
🔗 New connections with fellow leaders in Tech.
🍽️ A complimentary lunch – as always!
We are grateful to Leeds Building Society for providing us with their beautiful venue and supporting us with this event!

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a devastating effect on children with cancer and their families. Extended periods of separation and isolation, anxiety and financial hardship have all taken their toll and the need for our specialist support has become ever more critical. However, sadly, at Candlelighters, we saw our fundraising grind to a halt during the pandemic, which is why we put Team 500 into motion. And we are so thrilled that Corecom have come on board with supporting us on this initiative. In going above and beyond their fundraising goals, we are able to continue to provide critical support and make life a little brighter for the 150 families in Yorkshire devastated by a cancer diagnosis each year.
Thank you Corecom Consulting for your support, it means the world to us and to our families.
