Corecom Consulting’s Managing Director shortlisted for Investors in People Leader of the Year Award
Jonathan Sanderson, Managing Director at Corecom Consulting, has been named as a global leader in how he supports his people to do their best work and go home feeling happier, healthier and stronger.
Shortlisted for the Investors in People ‘Leader of the Year Award’, Jonathan has demonstrated sheer passion for Corecom Consulting, his role, employees, the industry and for employability. This has been demonstrated through his commitment to increasing the number of women in technology roles, sharing his knowledge and expertise, supporting charities, university students and the local community and to increasing the health and wellbeing of his employees.
Jonathan, who is committed to health and wellbeing, has provided his employees with lunches at Michelin starred restaurants, days away, holidays to France and Palma de Majorca, Junkyard Crazy Golf, team building exercises, meditation, yoga classes and celebration days. He is a talented mentor, continuing to deliver guest lectures and provide one-to-one support to the previously homeless and students at local universities.
