Corecom Consulting helps TransUnion expand Software Development team
TransUnion is the second largest credit check provider in the USA. Based in Leeds, the company operates internationally with their data, technology and analytic solutions helping to build credit economies worldwide.
TransUnion was expanding its Software Development department, requiring developers who would work alongside their web team to improve customer experience, enhance customer portals and more.
TransUnion required two Mid-Level to Senior Software Developers to refine the Application Programming Interfaces (API) and optimise customer portals on their website. This would involve creating software for different software and web applications to help progress the flagship TransUnion UK Consumer products towards the defined future state.
Corecom Consulting located a developer who could write services and components in C#. He had experience of enhancing front-end capability, including the maintenance and improvement of existing systems through automation and DevOps techniques. He had also created systems on Azure.
This candidate displayed great communication skills, with experience of working as part of an agile environment, with a delivery team and its stakeholders and of using modern development practices to ensure process quality.
Corecom Consulting was approached regarding these roles following unsuccessful attempts by other IT recruitment companies. Within four weeks, two Software Developers were successfully placed within TransUnion with the relevant skills, experiences and competencies.
